Packaging
We are implementing a packaging programme focused on reducing plastic use, improving the recyclability of our packaging, and reducing material consumption where technically feasible. Progress is monitored through annual packaging reviews.
Products
Office
Our office and distribution centre include solar panels, rainwater harvesting systems and EV charging facilities. CSR-related assessments, including EcoVadis and M2030, help inform our ongoing CSR initiatives and business practices.
Suppliers
We require suppliers to comply with our supplier standards and to participate in programmes such as BSCI and SA8000 assessments where applicable.
Operational Features at Our Facilities
Our office and distribution centre include a range of operational features relating to energy use, water management and employee mobility:
Solar Panels: Solar panels are installed at our facility and generate a portion of the site’s electricity demand.
Insect Hotels: Insect hotels form part of the outdoor environment surrounding the facility.
EV Charging Stations: Charging facilities are available for electric vehicles used by employees and visitors.
Rainwater Harvesting: Rainwater is collected and stored through dedicated harvesting systems.
Sensor Lighting: Lighting systems use motion sensors to control operation in selected areas.
Carpool Parking: Designated parking spaces are available for employees who share journeys to and from work.
